Mum Nehali Khoche shares another delicious and healthy recipe: the healthy dryfruit milkshake

  • Boil milk with 2 dates (khajur)
  • Also put in 2-3 figs (anjeer), 2 apricots (jardalu), 2-3 almonds (badaam)
  • Add honey/sugar/ gur to taste
  • Blend well
  • Make sure everything is mashed up properly, especially if your baby is young
