Homemade-Vegetable-SoupMum Nehali Khoche shares this yummy vegetable soup recipe:

  • Cook carrots and broccoli in water or steam till it becomes soft
  • Take these out of the water and mash these well
  • Add some butter in the pan or home made ghee
  • Add some cumin seed powder
  • Add the mashed carrots and broccoli
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Add water
  • You can also add 1 tbsp soya flour to adjust consistency – this will add extra protein to the dish
  • Keep boiling
  • Add some fresh cream
  • Also add some coriander leaves for taste
