Mum Nehali Khoche shares this yummy vegetable soup recipe:
- Cook carrots and broccoli in water or steam till it becomes soft
- Take these out of the water and mash these well
- Add some butter in the pan or home made ghee
- Add some cumin seed powder
- Add the mashed carrots and broccoli
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper
- Add water
- You can also add 1 tbsp soya flour to adjust consistency – this will add extra protein to the dish
- Keep boiling
- Add some fresh cream
- Also add some coriander leaves for taste
