Carrot Coriander Soup: SuperChef Mommas

Carrot-and-Coriander-soupMum Nehali Khoche shares another delicious recipe for a healthy carrot and coriander soup:

  • Peel carrots
  • Boil and mash them along with some finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Put a pan on a low flame
  • Add some home made ghee or butter
  • Add the mashed carrots and some cumin seed powder
  • Also add some pepper powder and salt as per taste
  • Add water as per the required amount of water you need in the soup
  • You can also use some vegetable stock instead of plain water
  • You can also add some soya flour or wheat flour as this well help in consistency and also add extra protein to the dish
