Vegetable Pancake Recipe: SuperChef Mommas

Mum Sanyukta Majumdar shares this healthy and delicious recipe for vegetable pancakes:

  • Take one cup maida, one egg and a cup of milk and whisk to a thick but smooth batter
  • Add finely chopped onions, coarsely pounded black pepper and salt
  • Heat a non-stick tawa and spread this batter to make pancakes or chilla
  • Use a little butter/ghee/oil as per preference
