Mushroom Double Decker Recipe: SuperChef Mommas

Mum Sushma Mayekar shares this healthy, delicious and innovative recipe:

You need:

  • 1 packet mushrooms
  • 100 gms paneer – grated
  • 2 cheese cubes
  • garlic and ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 50 gms butter for shallow frying

How to make it:

  • Wash and clean the mushrooms
  • Scoop out the stock walls
  • Mix together all ingredients except butter
  • Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture
  • Heat the butter in a pan and place the stuffed mushrooms in it
  • Grill both sides for a few minutes
  • Serve hot/warm
