Mini Pizza Recipe: SuperChef Mommas

Mum Shama Desai shares the following recipes that are healthy and super-delicious:

Mini Pizza:

  • Take a mini pizza bread
  • Apply some butter on it
  • Make it warm in a pan
  • For the topping – take carrot (grated), some olives, few pieces tomato
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Saute all the above vegetables
  • Add grated cheese
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add a little oregano
  • Mix everything well
  • Cook the entire mixture for about 5 minutes, not more
  • Remove from pan
  • Place the mixture on the bread
  • Grate some cheese over it
  • Let it cook on a pan for another 5-7 minutes till the cheese melts
  • Do this on very low flame
  • Mini pizza is ready
