Fresh Cream Vegetables with Colourful Parantha Recipe: SuperChef Dad

Dad Sandeep Rathi shares this delicious and healthy recipe for fresh-cream vegetables with colourful parantha:

  • Take some vegetables of your choice like carrots, peas, cauliflower
  • Chop them finely
  • Chop some onions and tomatoes
  • Fry everything in a little oil unless golden brown
  • Add fresh cream to these vegetables
  • Add any spices of your choice
  • Make a dough with some methi paste
  • Make a parantha using this dough
  • Serve the parantha with the fresh-cream vegetables
  • You can also serve this as a pizza by putting the sabzi on top of the parantha and adding fresh grated cheese on top, then grilling the entire thing for about 2 minutes
